Served 4 years in the Army, Timothy served his country, deploying to Panjwaii district of Afghanistan in Kandahar providence from 2011 to 2012. Motivated by his firsthand experience and a deep commitment to supporting fellow veterans, Timothy established Operation Rising Phoenix in 2022. His vision and leadership drive the organization's mission to provide comprehensive assistance to homeless and at-risk veterans, empowering them to rebuild their lives and thrive beyond their military service. Through Timothy's dedication and passion, Operation Rising Phoenix continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who have served our nation.

Amber Tati

Mike Moores

Meet Mike Moores, a dedicated individual with a distinguished background in public service. Serving as both a Georgia State Trooper and an MP in the National Guard, Mike has demonstrated his commitment to protecting and serving his community and country. With his leadership skills and experience, Mike has risen through the ranks to achieve the rank of Major in the National Guard. As the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Operation Rising Phoenix, Mike brings a wealth of expertise in organizational management and strategic planning. His passion for supporting veterans and his proven track record of leadership make him an invaluable asset to our team, driving our mission forward to empower homeless and at-risk veterans nationwide.

Dr. Ryan Jordan,DBA
